Sick Leave Bank
The Sick Leave Bank provides additional paid sick leave days to Bank members faced with extended illness, surgery, or disability that keeps them doing their job. All employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to join the Sick Leave Bank. One local personal day is donated in order to join the Bank. Enrollment is during Open Enrollment each school year or within 31 days of date or employment or eligibility for membership. You must be able to earn at least one local personal day from the beginning of employment to the end of that Sick Leave Bank year to be eligible for membership.
